Our free programs and services offer families much needed support, information, skills, and tools to help them on their journey. F.E.A.S.T. is about parents helping parents, about paying it forward, and about being there for families at a time when they need us the most.
Around the Dinner Table Forum
The “Around the Dinner Table” (ATDT) is an online community of parents of eating disorder patients around the world. ATDT is a moderated 24/7 Forum that has connected and supported parents since 2004.
F.E.A.S.T. Family Guides
The F.E.A.S.T. Family Guide Series is a project to publish small booklets for the use of families facing an eating disorder diagnosis in the household. These booklets are designed to be well-sourced and represent the best current science.
F.E.A.S.T 30 Days
F.E.A.S.T 30 Days is an innovative and unique program designed to educate and empower parents and caregivers of people with eating disorders. People who register for this program will receive one lesson per day, delivered to their inbox, over the course of 30 days. Each lesson is focused on a different topic related to eating disorders and caregiving. There are resources offered on every topic to provide a deeper and more robust understanding of what eating disorders are, how they are treated, and how families can best support their loved one.
Eating Disorder Support Groups for Caregivers and Siblings
F.E.A.S.T. and ANAD have teamed up to develop support group options for caregivers and siblings of those with eating disorders. Led by peers who have been there, they will offer space to connect, learn, and feel less alone. The caregiver group is open to parents, spouses, roommates, and others in the position of providing support to someone navigating an eating disorder. The sibling group is open to those 15 years of age and older who have a sibling navigating an eating disorder

F.E.A.S.T. offers live webinars as well a free video library to help educate and support loved ones of those suffering from eating disorders.
